Sander Nijman MSc RA
Sander has over 10 years of working experience in Finance. Previously, he worked for HEINEKEN as Financial Analyst and Business Controller. Sander further worked as Senior Manager Finance at Philips. Sander started his career at PwC and is a part-time lecturer at the post-master Accountancy at Nyenrode Business University. Sander holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a post Master's degree in Accountancy. He is a Dutch Chartered Accountant.

Aldijana Pilav MSc
Aldijana is a finance professional with over 13 years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting and consolidation. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Audit from School of Economics and Business University of Sarajevo. She is a certified accountant and a certified auditor. Before Aldijana has both started her own finance and accounting company and worked for a large financial services firm.

He has gained experience in financial positions as an analyst and financial planner. Prior to NBm, Rijad completed several internship programmes, including Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola.

Elma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial management from School of Economics and Business University of Sarajevo and she’s currently studying for a Master’s degree minoring in International economics and European Integration. Elma has started an internship at NBm where she expanded her love for finance and analysing numbers.
Zerina Bihorac BA
Zerina holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from the School of Economics and Business University of Sarajevo. Before joining NBm, she completed several internships where she has gained experience in accounting and administration. Zerina's interest lies in the field of financial controlling and business analysis and within NBm she finds the possibility to further develop her in that area.

Ajla Dzevlan
Ajla is currently pursuing a Master of Science in management of information technologies at the University of Sarajevo. She has also gained valuable experience working as a consultant at NLB Bank. Ajla joined NBM driven by her passion for helping clients and her keen interest in expanding her financial knowledge.
