Jurriaan Besorak MSc RA

Managing Partner

Jurriaan is a Dutch Chartered Accountant with more than ten years of experience in financial governance and in designing and growing organizations efficiently. He was a finance and governance manager at PwC and managing director of Terra Drone Europe, part of one of the largest drone service companies in the world. Jurriaan holds an MSc in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Sander Nijman MSc RA

Managing Partner

Sander has more than ten years of experience in finance. He started his career at PwC, worked at Heineken as a financial analyst and business controller, and was senior manager finance at Philips. Sander holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Accountancy, is a Dutch Chartered Accountant and teaches part-time in the post-master Accountancy programme at Nyenrode Business University.

Michel Engelaan LLM

Tax Adviser

Michel is a tax expert with over 15 years of experience in both Dutch and international taxation. Michel gained most of his experience at Deloitte’s tax department in the Netherlands. He has advised both SMEs and large international companies on their tax affairs. Michel holds a Master of Science in Tax Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Michel is a certified tax adviser.
Nathalie van Goor LLM

Legal Counsel

Nathalie is a seasoned legal professional with over 20 years of experience in the legal profession, legal aid, and as a corporate lawyer. She studied Dutch law and notarial law at Radboud University. With her extensive experience, Nathalie can assist you with a wide range of legal matters, including employment law, general contract law, corporate law, and real estate. Roberto Ramadhin MSc

IT & Data

Roberto is an IT consultant with over 10 years of experience in digital, data, cloud, and AI projects. He has held leadership positions at international IT companies such as Capgemini and Boston Consulting Group, and has set the technological direction for various startups as a CTO. With an MSc in Media Technology from Leiden University and certification as an IT architect, Roberto combines technical expertise with strategic insight to guide organizations towards digital excellence.
Jasmina Smajic

Jasmina is an experienced finance professional with experience as a former head of finance and accounting at an international company in the pharmaceutical industry. Jasmina holds a Master’s degree in management accounting and auditing. Jasmina enjoys managing financial processes and further developing her leadership skills.

Amila is an experienced professional with a background in international trade and accounting. She combines analytical thinking with a structured work approach, having worked in both the public and private sectors. Her multilingual skills and financial expertise make her a valuable asset to any team.
Elma Pita BA

Finance & Accounting

Elma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from the School of Economics and Business, University of Sarajevo, and is currently studying for a Master’s degree minoring in International Economics and European Integration. Elma started an internship at NBM, where she expanded her love for finance and analysing numbers.
Zerina Bihorac BA

Finance & Accounting

Zerina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from the School of Economics and Business, University of Sarajevo. Before joining NBM, she completed several internships where she gained experience in accounting and administration. Zerina’s interest lies in financial controlling and business analysis, and at NBM she finds the opportunity to develop further in that area.
Ajla Dzevlan

Finance & Accounting

Ajla is currently pursuing a Master of Science in management of information technologies at the University of Sarajevo. She has also gained valuable experience working as a consultant at NLB Bank. Ajla joined NBM driven by her passion for helping clients and her keen interest in expanding her financial knowledge.
Kenan Heganovic

Kenan is currently obtaining his Master of Science in Business Administration at the School of Economics and Business in Sarajevo. Previously, Kenan worked as an intern at an investment foundation and a bank. Kenan is keen on making a career in finance.
Alek Atlic

Finance & Accounting

Alek is a Bachelor’s student of Economics at the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology, in collaboration with Buckingham University. He expects to graduate with First Class Honours and has gained practical experience at Sparkasse Bank, where he is involved in risk management and portfolio management. Alek follows the latest economic developments and helps fellow students through tutorial lessons.
